Rounding off the Master Suite is a private office and sitting room with a gorgeous brick Boveda ceiling . Both the Master Bedroom and the Master Suite Office open onto terraces (the terrace pictured below is off the Master Suite Office.

Tres Leones provides great accommodations for a hosts' friends and family. All four guest bedrooms have high ceilings, reverse-cycle heat and air conditioning, private ensuite bathrooms and 3 have beautiful carved Cantara gas fireplaces. Click on the bedrooms tab for details on each of the five bedrooms.

The upper right side of the house is the exclusive domain of a large guest room with two queen beds, so guests have their privacy, too. The two other guest rooms are on the left side of the ground floor, and the 4th bedroom is in a charming casita(guesthouse) in the garden, with its' own private outside garden and sitting area.

On the right side of the ground floor is a small cozy library with flat screen television and a Cantera stone gas fireplace, all designed around a large custom down sofa to sink into. Leading from this intimate room you enter an elegant formal living room with cantara stone paving, wood paneling, games table and another carved cantara gas fireplace.

The center of the Tres Leones houses a stunning formal dining room that comforably sits 10. The dinning room has its own fire place, antique furnishings with a 16 piece antique map of ancient Rome on the wall opposite the fire. French doors open onto a large fountain bowl careved by local stone masons from a single rock.

Tres Leones has a completely new kitchen that charmingly combines Mexican antique furniture and rustic local tiles with all new appliances and cooking equipment. Tres Leones comes with a cook and housekeeper and a part time gardener. There is SKY satellite television, wireless internet throughout the property, a water purification system and a garage. The staff includes a maid, cook, and gardner and their schedule is Monday - Friday 9am-3pm and Saturday 9am-12pm. There gardner is there 3 days a week. If you want the pool heated ask manager prior to arrival. The pool takes 12 hours to heat adequately and extra charges apply.
