Casa Tres Leones is an elegant 5 bedroom house, in Centro, on Aldama, one of the premier streets in San Miguel. Situated just a few blocks from the Jardin, Tres Leones was recently decorated and updated by the design team of Andrew Fisher and Jeffry Weisman of FisherWeisman San Francisco.

 

The house has an outstanding garden with palm trees and two large jacaranda trees, as well as, a lap pool, hot tub, and two dramatic fountains, all which have been carefully lit for night time entertaining. One of the many outstanding features of the house are the numerous outside sitting and entertaining areas . The top terrace has stunning views of the Parroguia and San Miguel's spectacular sunsets. The middle level terrace connects the two sides of the house and contains a sunny dining spot for Christmas time lunches,as well as a super comfy double chaise lounge for that afternoon nap or great book, and last but not least a cocktail area overlooking the garden with a wood burning fireplace, large sofa and chairs. Tres Leones also has a large covered outside living room that is anchored by two large sofas with a central daybed and occasional chairs, so large groups and entertaining are no problem. This outside sitting area flows into an outside dining area for 10 with an outdoor bar and a wood burning stone fireplace, especially designed for grilling.
